What if I need a lens that is not on your price list?
We can provide almost any lens that is produced in the USA. E-Mail or call and we will get you a price and availability

What if my Dr will not release my prescription?
Most states require your Dr, by the Federal Medical Records Release Act, to release your prescription. Be sure to ask your Dr for a copy of your CONTACT LENS Rx.

How do I know if my Rx is still good?
Most contact lens Rx's have an expiration date. If there is no expiration date it is good for 2 yrs.
WE WILL NOT FILL ANY PRESCRIPTION THAT HAS EXPIRED!
You should have your eyes examined on a regular basis.

Most lenses are available for Next Day shipping to most areas

What is your return policy?
All sunglasses are returnable within 7 days. You must call for a return authorization. Contact lenses are NOT returnable once opened (unless defective)

I do not live in the USA, do I need to send my Rx?
No, you do not need to send a copy of your Rx for shipment outside the USA

What about import duties and VAT?
Please check with your Customs Dept for fees and restrictions
